1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RazorWins mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RazorWins ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

RazorWins is a free entertainment bingo gaming application that provides users with the ability to play various bingo games, compete with other players, and enjoy social gaming features.

Important Notice: RazorWins is purely an entertainment application. The App does not involve real money gambling, betting, or wagering. No monetary transactions are processed, and players cannot win or lose real money or anything of monetary value.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the App:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts for the same individual
  • Share your account with others
  • Transfer or sell your account to another person
  • Use another person's account without permission

5. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices
  • Use the App to distribute spam or malware
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

6. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

The App may feature virtual items, in-game currency, or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
  • Virtual Items are provided for entertainment purposes only
  • You do not own Virtual Items; you are granted a limited license to use them
  • We may modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time
  • Virtual Items are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • The App is entirely free and does not require any purchases

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, designs, graphics, logos, and text) are owned by RazorWins and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit or share any content through the App (such as usernames, profile information, or messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the App.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit:

  • Is your original creation or you have the necessary rights
  • Does not violate any third-party rights
  • Does not contain illegal or offensive material
  • Complies with all applicable laws

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated data.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the App will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAZORWINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RazorWins and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in these Terms.

17. Entire Agreement
